How to Add Crew and Invite Team Members in GreaseGoose

There are two related things in GreaseGoose: adding crew members (your technicians, for scheduling and assignment) and inviting team members (people who get their own login). This guide covers both.

Add a crew member

1. Click Crew in the sidebar.
2. Click Add Crew Member, or use Actions, then Import from CSV to add several at once.
3. Enter the name and specialty, then save.

To set time off, click a crew member and choose Time Off.

Invite a team member (their own login)

To give someone their own login to access the shop:

1. Go to Settings, then Team.
2. Click Invite Team Member.
3. Enter their first name, last name, and email or phone.
4. They receive an invite link to join your shop.

A note on seats

Technicians are unlimited on every GreaseGoose plan. Service advisor seats are set by your plan: 2 on Solo, 5 on Shop, and 12 on Multi-Shop. If you need more advisor seats, upgrade in Settings, then Subscription.
